On one side of the sheet is a hand drawing of Fr. Rigge's private telephone system. On the back of the sheet are instructions for how to use the private telephone system. The instructions include, "When Calling:", "When Called:", and "When Not in Actual Use:". The instructions also include a list of the stations.
